There's only this one...it belongs to my Lady.
Is the thing to the left of the Wilkens mark a book press? Also, is 800 silver correctly called 'coin'?
Can y'all say how old the spoon is? It seems to be of a more modern pattern.
Then, the real question is: what organization belongs to the crossed Key & Anchor, an' where? Thanks for lookin!'!

Yes...an' if I had looked more closely I wouldn't have called it a book press. Thanks, Bakers!

Those 2 listings are on opposite sides of the nation...wonder if one of 'em 'keyed' off the other, with the Royal Scepter?

As far as I know, coin silver is 900.

Or could the spoon be part of the captain's silver service?

That would be an interesting story.

It is, an' I'll post it here after breakfast!
EDIT: When I sent my Hilde the link about the logo on her spoon, she promptly responded with this comment:
"That makes sense. My uncle Wilhelm was a captain on one of their ships and came up the Strait (of Juan de Fuca) every 3-4 months. He was generous with the giveaways."
Hilde was born in Germany right after the war, but has lived here* since 1966 or so.
