I've had this ladle for many years, it's time to date it. I believe London sterling?
Ladle measures 7 inches long, bottom to tip. Gravy ladle?

    Makers mark; London 1808 hallmark.
    WE - William Eley I
    WF - William Fern &
    WC - William Chawner II

Am I dating it correctly at 1811? Q in a cartouche.

    Thank you.

Thank you Cheryl, I also love it. I purchased this ladle about 10 years ago from a pawn shop scrap pile for 10% above silver spot.
