<p>
I have a tiny piece of Dino Martens' work as confirmed by a Dino Marten specialist, but have always craved another piece. According to Murano.Net, "After his return from Italy's African wars in 1939 to 1963" Dino Martens was the "art director of <a href="https://www.muranonet.com/en-us/blogs/unfold-venice/aureliano-toso-murano-glass-venice-venetian" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.muranonet.com/en-us/blogs/unfold-venice/aureliano-toso-murano-glass-venice-venetian" rel="nofollow">Aureliano Toso</a>." </p><p><br /></p><p>This particular bowl in various colors is being attributed to him on several sites. It is also misattributed as AVEM. The closest example of this piece that I found is <a href="https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/decorative-objects/bowls-baskets/decorative-bowls/dino-martens-avem-multicolor-murrine-millefiori-blue-rim-art-glass-bowl/id-f_21382312/" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/decorative-objects/bowls-baskets/decorative-bowls/dino-martens-avem-multicolor-murrine-millefiori-blue-rim-art-glass-bowl/id-f_21382312/" rel="nofollow">Dino Martens AVEM Multicolor Murrine Millefiori Blue Rim Art Glass Bowl For Sale at 1stDibs</a>. I found a lot of others. My concern is that these are all misattributed to Dino Martens. </p><p><br /></p><p>The bowl is 8 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches high. It has a pontil mark. Anybody know anything about this? </p><p><br /></p><p>
</p><p><br /></p>
