This is not the damage caused by my carelessness so I won’t be desperate to fix:D and I doubt if anyone can fix it perfectly… so I will just leave it as found. And I am somehow grateful for its current state, as I said a perfect one might only go to big auction houses and sold for more than £500:playful: but with those damage I now have it with me without hurting too much. It also makes me wonder what it has experienced in UK, and to think now it travels back to the East again… and hope I can guard it well!

Also if anyone’s interested this As Found box still costs me £109, excluding the postage and duty :playful: but I’m fully prepared

I think you scored. I'd leave the damaged areas alone too, in the interests of not making bad into worse. I know how good I'm not! Fish glue for the loose spots sounds like a good idea.

It is lovely, just as it is. And I hope it arrives in the same condition, not worse, @shamster .

Thank you :happy:and even if in the worst case, it got more scars, I’ll have it adored with more flowers ;)

It arrived today! Although well packed (each layer wrapped with paper and held separately), but still has a few tiny chips:playful: but mainly from the interior. I was exhausted today, sanding, polishing and refinishing its customized display box, so too lazy to take better photos! Will make a post when the whole installation is ready! be0692495d4b7561cb1a5333b002f88c.jpeg
