Does anyone know about this chair ?

    I have a chair that I can not find anything out about it. It's a heavy steel/wrought iron folding chair with animals cut out on the backrest and a steel woven seat. It's extremely heavy and when folding it you have to really be careful of your fingers. I am thinking either zoo or circus ? The size is for an adult. IMG_6897.JPG No makers mark that I can see. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    That pair on Lot-Art sold for $750.
    But they didn't say anything about age or origin.

    Yes. No one I found says anything except for the fancy French ones. The search was "metal folding chair with elephants." Maybe the member can track more down.
