Does anyone know who this vase is by?

    Does anyone know who made this vase? It has a steel interior with ceramics applied to the outside. It does not look to be signed. Also, does anyone know what this style represents with the metal cage around the top rim and the metal button-style top? From the picture you can obviously see that there is a hole in the bottom so this must be purely decorative, since it can't hold anything.

    Welcome, Scott. Is it possible it's part of a lamp. Try shining a flashlight up through the hole to see if the design allows light to come out.
