Does anyone recognize this well-dressed man?

    He could be anyone. But does look like someone who knows men's haberdashery. The striped shirt which echos the pin stripes in his suit. And that bow tie, striped also; it was chosen and tied for very personal effect.

    I'm not really following why the man in the photograph would be connected to the framer - most large department stores had framing departments...
