Does This Look African?

    I have several pieces of jewelry that have an African look to me but I'm not well versed in African items. I'll post the others as soon as I can clean them up a bit.

    Is this is African? And is the middle bead a venetian trade bead?

    The center bead is definitely a trade bead, but I agree on the rest. It may have been made in Africa as a souvenir piece, tourist souvenir purveyors being what they are, but the design isn't African.
