Drop Crystal Hurricane Lamps Electric Candleholders ID & approx. date

Can anyone help identify this pair of Drop Crystal Electric Candleholders/ Hurricane Lamps and suggest an approximate date? Each is c. 18 ¾ inches high and c. 6 ¾ inches wide (at octagonal base). Ten drop crystals each 6 inches long. Hurricane shade c. 8 1/4 inches. Clear glass or crystal. (Yellowish hue on some images is because photos were taken in artificial light.)

I could not find any mark or name except on the switch: “Leviton” and “6A-125V-3A-250V UND. LAB. INSP.” Can someone offer an approximate date from the switch?
I have not found an identical item on the internet but did find similar ones using google image (priced $20 to 250). Most of these listings say “etched glass,” but these seem to be indented into the surface of the glass/crystal. What would the technique be called?
