I have an idea this is early Victorian or American made but I cannot find one just like it. Nor can I figure out a proper search for "bird wing drawer pull". That stamped number is large on the back and it does have a working skeleton key/lock for the door. Anyone know the ID of this piece? I cannot seem to resize the bird drawer pulls of the stamp on the back (it says 119). Thanks!

    Hello!
I don't think dry sink, there is no "well".
More likely washstand/ commode , late 19th early 20th century, oak.

Looks like a washstand with a commode door, like James said ca. 1900, oak. Perhaps refinished? Not a dry sink. I suppose you could argue that it's a small dresser with a commode, but the proportions are wrong; in size and scale it's a washstand.

    Yep, is.
You often see this form in Hotel type settings during that time, very functional for travelers.
