Eartherware Creamer Jug

I'm hoping that with the number of collecting categories this little jug could fall under someone may be able to help identify it's age and maybe in the absence of a maker's mark, who made it and where - Identification has been problematic given the absence of any mark, there is possibly incised initials on the edge, but they cannot be made out or it could just be a flaw, but the colour and transfer is unique / primitive - I don't know the costume or recognize the church, looks like the subject is pointing to the church! I'm just curious if it is indeed old as it appears to be. Any and all feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Don't know how much help this is but Ridgway's Coaching Days series frequently used silver deposit on their tankards on the rim and handle (handle usually completely coated with silver deposit)

Yes, great points, I looked at length into the Ridgeway's products including the Coaching Days series. Their transfers appear to be a higher quality, unlike the dot matrix type appearance this piece has under magnification. While I've seen new pieces with the crackle appearance, this appearance and coupled with the bottom wear made me wonder how old it is. I thought the church might be the Vatican but dismissed that. I'm thinking some Abbey. The clothing might be a clue, but I would not where to begin research like that. Anyways I appreciate the feedback, I usually stick to signed or identifiable items, but this little item caught my eye. Thanks.
