Eastern Europe Hand Painted Bowl??

    Hi All,

    Got this at thrift and have no idea where it might be from. Looking for help since you all have a wealth if experience and knowledge.

    Its a hand-painted floral bowl that probably came from an estate sale or perhaps was being sold at a rummage. Anywho, i did not remove the tape paper with description on the back (its probably sale price before it got to the thrift). I paid $2.00. Any idea of age and origin?
