    Does anyone recognise the logo?
I acquired these elephants a few years ago and have been sitting on my mantle piece ever since. There are a pair.
We’ve just had a power cut so I was forced into some housework and was dusting these and got to wondering if anyone knows who would have made them. They could easily be modern homeward but have a deco influence.
Power now on again so housework abandoned!
    Any thoughts welcome
    Thankyou :)

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I like them a lot! Don't know the maker, though.

Sounds like something I would say! :)

I’m thinking from one of those home decor companies. Wasn’t there a site where you could search logos?

They are a China of some sort. Not as fine as porcelain but not as rough as earthenware! -as you can see I really know my ceramics- not!!

Don’t stress . It’s not important as they aren’t going anywhere but I just thought someone may recognise the logo. Thankyou for trying. :)

I am struck by the disparity of the logo and the essential form...............the logo so "clever and artysy", the form so art deco in execution...............kinda like printing "Ye Olde Sweet Shoppe" on a box of Godiva chocolates........................

Jivvy the research is my favorite

I think 1980s, too. I was certain google would find that logo in a hot minute.

Google did not. Google declared it "triangle" and refused to speak further.

You know, since it is mostly museums that use these "clever" and abstract logos, it may be worth a browse in that direction. This one rang a memory, but it turned out to be the Canadian History Museum - NOT a match unfortunately...................
