    From what I can see, looks like a 1980s crafts fair item, with some inspiration from Calder.

    Sorry, but I don't know how you can see anything with the plastic all over everything BUT the inside of one bell!!!! @kardinalisimo, Could you show us the outside of at least the one bell???? I think the color looks really nice!! Thank you!!!:):)
