Nice hammered box, or planished as my husband would say. Here's the google AI info: Tudric pewter marks typically appear on the underside of items and identify the range, manufacturer, and specific design number. Produced between 1901 and 1939 exclusively for Liberty & Co. by W.H. Haseler of Birmingham, these marks are essential for authenticating genuine Arts and Crafts or Art Nouveau

Lots of British pewter makers working in the arts and crafts style. Doubt any connection to Liberty/Tudric. Found this one that appears to be identical marked, Civic Pewter.

Box, cigarette box, No renovation required • Price • Reviews - Allegro

Edit: Just realized that the above box is not domed like yours. I am finding other Civic undomed examples. Wonder if this explains the difference in number on the bottom of yours.
