    Pottery not porcelain. Late 19th C, probably impossible to attribute.

    Bear, the handle shape looks pretty unusual, almost Deco like. Just might lead to an attribution?

    Mm, good point. It's almost pseudo Egyptian - or Spock's ear! ;)

    OOOOOH........a Spock's Ear Water Jug..........I Like it!!!!!! NOW, to date it!!!! Is that crazing intentional or age???

    Age, I'd think. The design is Aesthetic and certainly the handle shape reflects the transfer work.
