The silver top is marked for William Hutton and Sons Ltd. - Birmingham with a year letter for 1901. I've never seen glass quite like this before. The glass is unmarked - assuming it's an English maker - but this is an area i know little about. Idea on the glass? Also - the silver spout is in rough shape  - and no stopper. Worth getting the silver repaired? About 8" tall - holds about 1 quart? Maybe slightly less. Thanks for looking!
