Engraved islamic copper plate. Help.

I would like to have your help to identify the script and the mark on the back of this egraved tinned copper islamic plate.

The mark on the back is an Ottoman tughra.

Very nice plate, Giuseppe. Is it copper (red), or brass (yellow)? And is it tinned where the mark is?
I agree, it is marked with a Tughra, and it looks like an Ottoman Tughra. Some other countries used Tughras as well.
To date it, you would have to go through a list of Tughras. I know from experience that it is very difficult. Most Tughras have only tiny dots or lines to distinguish them.

Yes, it's copper. The back is tinned. The tughra is on the back.
