Featured Ernest Hemingway‘s sea creature pottery

    Saw this at Ernest Hemmingway’s Key West home when we visited a few years ago and always wondered about it. I wasn’t able to take it out of the case, of course, for any further photos. Do you think it’s just plain white pottery that he had custom painted? Or does anyone recognize it as a certain pattern or manufacturer? Thanks!

    Unbelievable, thanks!!
    Replacements lists date of manufacture as 1955-1970. Hemingway died in 1961 so, assuming they really were his and not simply acquired by the museum for display, he got them late in his game.

    EDIT: That seller may have misidentified them, I think they may actually be A of F "Crayfish".
