I will be at this estate sale this weekend. I have been collecting glass lately and see quite a few pieces in the pictures that I want. But I do mostly colored glass. So I was wondering if anyone sees any clear glass in these pictures that I should get. I really do not know clear glass at all. BTW I am already planning on getting the frosted Virgin Mary. I practically know nothing about clear glass. Thanks for ant advice. Sorry about the pictures. It is the best I have. I hope it is ok to post something like this.

I'd investigate the Christmas trees. Some of them are stupidly valuable if signed by the right maker.

@cfh not sure if you are looking at the aquarium paperweight, but some of those go for good money :)

The yellow birdie and the clear swans below him might be worth checking out too. Murano swans can sell well, but are also often priced sky high too if the seller knows what they have.

Found a Murano bowl today priced $8, but I wasn't attracted to anything but the price. Told someone else where to find it, and a clear controlled bubble bowl with a green rim. Signed, but heavy. He bagged both of them. (phew! saved me!)

Don't know if that is a candlewick cake pedestal or not. Or what value it might have beyond being used for entertaining.

That is actually one of this first items I will grab! If I don’t keep it myself I already have a buyer for it.

If that aquarium is right, it’s a very valuable piece. The yacht might be worth a look. Those hocks go well too.

I also like vase on the end. The wine glasses are a definite yes for me. I already own a set of four. I figured I could keep as many as I want and sell the rest. There are another seven of them in a different area of the house. I was also looking at this. I have no idea what it is or what it is made of, but I think I like it. Maybe some sort of box?

I like the Lenox vase...check for a blue mark.
Also the cut-to-clear wine hocks. If those are signed, ST LOUIS, ya got some big $$
The fish/aquarium thingy should be signed. Depends on name,$$$.
The tall salt shaker/muffineer next to the aquarium could be Waterford.

Seconded. I was guessing Czech or (ecch) Chinese, but you might get lucky. Even I know to nab St Louis glass.

The vase to the far right of the hock glasses - looks like Italian cased glass, but I'd bet you saw that and it's on the Nab Me list.

I think the wine glasses are Nachtmann Traube.

Not all aquaria are signed. The clue will be in the fineness of the fish, for one thing.

and the base, as CFH knows better than I do. Unfinished bottoms on weights usually are as good as a Made in China siggie. The Chinese though are getting better at them.

Ah well now. Not all Murano made glass has fire polished or smooth bases.

The Chinese up their game and the Italians are downgrading? Oy.
