    I don't think this could be by Henry Goering.

    Herta Czoernig is well documented, and there's an etching from this series of composers' houses attributed to her in the online catalogue of the Beethoven Haus Museum in Bonn (estate signed, to confuse things a little).

    You can see an unimpeachable signature (albeit in pen) on this poster advertising an exhibition of her work:

    I think these are better sources than an auctioneer. Furthermore, as Henry Goering spent the last 30+ years of his life in the United States, it seems unlikely that his etchings would be estate signed in German.
