Not cheap for the standard though. Or German if before WWII.  And  USSR after that, of course. Here it would be extremely unusual to find a Victorian item. Not impossible, but with extremely low probability. Unless it is some local artisan make but given the nice looks I doubt it.[/QUOTE]
