I am not really sure what it is but I love it.
My first thought was a Mardi Gras.
measuring the feathers from top to bottom it is 7 1/2"

Is it just me or does it look like one of those African Tribal painted face. I remember seeing (Maybe not African) Tribal dancers with painted faces and feathers.

:D:D:D:D I'm so glad you are around to help translate. I knew you were multilingual but I hadn't realized you spoke cat too.

I still have not found the apostrophe key from my last keyboard. The loss got me out of the habit of using contractions & possessives.

I'm sure it's in a cat hidey spot and is brought out at night to be played with while you sleep.

I found his web site and sent him an email with a picture.
He answered me back and told me he made this around 1993. Now I am Stoked!

I have to figure out how I am going to pack and ship something so delicate. I don't think I will include the display case. It isn't original anyway. They came in a plastic display box.

I see your problem. Maybe pin it to something to keep it from moving around?
