I've got some pieces here I haven't dared sell. Safer to use them as someone's Christmas present.

Nice little cameo pin/pendant I picked up today. Not the best carving but it's set in 18k gold so I took it :)

Finally acquired a bucket list item: A tea caddy. :shame: Found on my local FB marketplace for a very reasonable price.
I’m thinking early 1800s/Georgian? Rosewood? Appears to be missing a lid for the glass bowl. Do you think the bowl is original? It appears to be pressed glass but it fits well. Would the two tea compartments on either side of the bowl actually have had removable boxes? Or perhaps the compartments would have been foil/tin lined? The lids appear to sit okay on those empty spaces.
It's missing the key. Any recommendations on finding a replacement?

Verified Juliana demi, jewelry first then the page from Pitman's book showing the same demi :)

PS No, I do not trust the value in the book, but looking on eboo completed listings, not really too far off ;)

Last weekend's finds, such as they are. Already resold the Nintendo watch - paid a whole dollar for it on Saturday, listed it on Monday night and it was sold by this morning. Sold it cheap deliberately since as far as I know it's a shelf-sitter. First box - the pin is 20s filigree but the rest is sterling, all from one seller. My niece is getting the drafting set - traveled to a second town and it was the only thing I found. The glove box is Flemish Art. There are two nutcrackers, one is a naughty one shaped like a woman's legs. The other looks Russian or Scandinavian. The two pins in that picture were my only buys from a whole street tag sale. MMA and a sterling scimitar. (file under: could have slept in.) The nutcrackers and glove box were from a sale I hit on my way between a fundraiser why-bother and the whole street why-bother. The computer connector is a hoot, but probably not worth much.

The little metal tea set is cute! I rather like the earrings with the 3 coloured stones or whatever they are.

The earrings are amber. The metal tea set was a freebie. I think it was left out in the rain or something because the cups are rusty. Not worth a ton but cute.

    Nice finds, all! :)

I went to an estate sale of a former glass collector. Here are some of the items I got. Will be posting a couple of questions on the glass forum. Thanks.

I see some Fenton in there and a jadeite honey pot, but don't know enough about glass to know the rest.

I've ID'd those two - I think might be two of the best. Corn cob bud vase is Dugan and honeypot is LE Smith if I have it right. I posted more photos in the glass forum.
