    For Christmas, I gave my 16 year-old nephew a vintage burled wood jewelry box filled with jewelry. I put his grandfather's and great uncle's cufflinks in it, and a new sterling pair for him. I put some costume rings in it, a sterling Harley Davidson double eagle necklace, and a sterling and onyx Navajo bolo I got for $1 (he is into Western apparel.) I put some belt buckles in, too. He couldn't stop playing with the jewelry, and especially loved the bolo. I visited an antique mall yesterday, and found a Tommy Singer sterling overlay and turquoise piece for $95, a steal at that price. It's an early signature...my nephew went crazy.

    That's a picture i took with my iphone on Christmas, but when I saved it it did not have an extension just IMG. The upload a file action here added the .jpg automatically.

    Not that I know of, however I tried to show a pic a few days ago and it said it was too big, I reduced it 7 times down to about 300x200 and it still wouldn't post, it said the message was too big.

    I don't doubt it, Marko. I just thought it odd that some attached files are jpeg and others are jpg. I wonder what the difference is.

    I had a heck of a time posting my photos to the gift reveal thread the other day. I must have uploaded some of them 5 times. Eventually I got them posted.

    I gave it a going over and dont see any marks,maybe one of yall with better search skills can help me find it ? I tried google images,tin eye,etc with zero luck.heres a pic by itself...

    The pins I've seen like Johnny's have been costume. There may be some real ones somewhere.

    I think Marko got this week's prize for Ohmy. The green butterfly looked like D&E among other things. (and you gotta love it when they sell aquamarine in white gold or platinum as sterling!)

    They sometimes used genuine or synthetic gemstones that would test as real on the Presidium in costume.
