Lol, nope. She's mine for my collection. A bunch of us are contributing money, I am buying new current dolls, clothes, accessories, a car, a Barbie closet, etc. I am in charge, making the baskets. A lot is on clearance at Walmart and Amazon now.

PTA fundraisers can get very EXPENSIVE! However, it is for the kids… Retired PTA President.

Sigh. It was supposed to be homerooms get together. They create a theme (the PTA suggested many), sign up, and send a letter home to parents requesting donations. So far, close to no donations- times are tough, so either the teachers pay for the items or no baskets. I chose a different route- I put a notice out that I was taking $5 donations only from teachers or doll/doll item donations. My idea took off. I already have many modern Fashionista Barbies, Amazon Prime and Walmart have specials daily, and I get free shipping from both.

Ok I typed a response it disappeared (I admit, I’m not tech savvy). I started at elementary continued through middle & opened one at the high school. I also did county & state. I was homeroom for both of my kids & would not permit them to sell anything. However I would ask for donations, when I didn’t get I did a movie night & that was a huge hit. Used my resources and did pasta night and pizza night. Themes work! Love the Barbie theme. I had boys that would have been a great time for me!

If you don't mind tapping on the files, here is a huge Barbie and friends score. The one doll, bangless Francie, is coveted and rare. They are mixed up and do need cleaning, but they were a steal at $40 for all.
