Found these 2 a few days ago. Splashed out more than id like, but thats mainly because Im a skinflint. I like the finish and colors, and the simplicity of the design. They are copper and quite heavy. I found a match called Rose Ann Designs ,wich is some decor business so not mission as Id hoped but still nice .17 1/2 inches high !

I love the size & color as is. I have been on the hunt for copper candlesticks with some size to them.

Think these are probably Mexican. Nicely made.

I see the tag does indeed say Mexico. Think the asking price for those is way out of line.

Finally went finding instead of hunting today! I need to upload the pix. Two pair of earrings I hoped were gold were costume, but the cross and the cameo weren't. The cross alas is hollow and has two names on it, so it'll be scrapped. The cameo and its chain won't though. I couldn't read the mark on the cameo mount, but it's well-carved and has to be gold. The two chains and the cross weighted in at about 15g, currently $800 or so in scrap. OOPS! Looks like I need to donate some money to the charity these came from!

    Some finds from yesterday's clearance.

1920's Indian Head paper weight, this was the company emblem and trademark for a company in Manchester, UK.
It's quite impressive, I think I will keep it.

A really nice bronze Venus figure which weighs in at 3kg and is 15 inches tall.
    Again, I may keep it.

I found official paper work of a Military Medal award from WWI but sadly no medal.
Very high up the medal table is the MM.

I recovered quite a bit of other stuff which requires further research, it's crated up at my lock-up

However, no decent clearance comes without the booze,
At least I will be able to refill some of my decanters

    Nah, its Whisky.

Whiskey with an "E" is Irish or US

Whisky without the "E" is Scottish, Canadian or Japanese.

Thought you would like to know so you don't have to pay tariffs given your location;)

I saw some Jaegermeister plastic cups today at the Ill Will, to go with the bottles. Not sure I'd want to mess with that stuff; it has a reputation for letting or making you get really twisted. (What do you think Twisted Sister got twisted on?)

My two pieces from right before the snowstorm, and two days before I had to call an ambulance for Mom (they turfed her out about 36 hours later). The tag on the little silverplate piece said "Pewter coffee scoop". It's plate, not pewter, and it's a roly-poly jigger. Made by Napier, a company that made mostly costume jewelry. I only found out they made some table and barware in October. I think it's mid-late 1930s. During the Depression, some companies tried making other things to earn a buck.

The bracelet was sold as...costume. It's silver. The inside makes me think it was sandcast cast flat and fancied up later. No idea whodunnit; the mark looks like a T with a small heart.

If you mix it as a cocktail with an energy drink like Red Bull, the energy drink has a way of suppressing the alcohol, to allow the party to continue
    Jaeger-Bomb
But it catches up later and the results are madness :D

I've never had it, but when I do I won't have Red Bull
