It's not my favorite color, but it would fit right into one of those neutral modern interiors. THe tabletop jewelry case...score!

Wouldn't surprise me. The fewer moving parts, the more likely it is to keep on working. The Erie pan may need some oil, but I bet it's all but ready to go back to work. Heat it up good on the stove, scrub out with some salt, and off you go.

Have to quit buying big things because I'm out of room, but picked these two books up for $1.50 from a store that had a 75% off blowout sale because they were moving locations. The first one is a learn French school book from 1893 and the other is a book completely in Portuguese from sometime between 1890-1900s not sure can't find a date. Possibly signed? But if anyone knows books send me some info about that one! The Senna book is Brazilian, of course, and was deaccessioned. Internet says 1900.

I've found that same info. I think based on publisher it is the 1910 copy. Trying to decipher the signature but I think it's unrelated. Possibly the original owners? H*** **yinfer os what I'm making of it lol

A history of commerce in Rio de Janero, or something similar. I'm not surprised history buffs want it.

Some recent finds. It's been monsoon season here (we needed it), so the whole world has been thrifting. Jewelry first.
    Sterling bracelet $5

I have looked at this necklace for weeks, blew $8 on it
    Lumii_20250523_111821012.jpg
Krementz, the larger item is a pin $3. My dad had similar cufflinks
    Lumii_20250523_111825022.jpg
    Button studs, $2
    Lumii_20250523_111929298.jpg
Lumii_20250523_111838372.jpg Plique a jour (probably spelling that wrong) $3
    Lumii_20250523_111832095.jpg
Lastly, I saw an empty vintage Barbie case, no vintage Barbies (probably sold right away), but I found this Barbie clone, Wendy by Uneeda. She has the bubblecut style and is wearing a vintage Mattel dress, Friday Night Date. $3.

1968-71. They are up for sale, or trade, if anyone is interested!

Mistakes were made. About two weeks ago I put in two bids on an auction for a chair and a lamp. $5 each. Checked Hibid yesterday and I had won and quite literally have no room for them at this point
Chair is a united furniture corporation throne and the lamp is a brass Victorian style. I guess worse mistakes have been made because they're both probably worth some $$$ IMG_20250523_211644_(1080_x_1434_pixel).jpg IMG_20250523_211653_(1080_x_1434_pixel).jpg
