    the first thing I thought when I saw your post was what a pain the packing would be on it. I'm interested to see your 'how to' post if you don't mind posting it again:)

    There is indeed. They left their name off, but the serial number is there. I figured it for circa 1970 based on the design and materials. How to know you're old...:D
