The castle has been filmed often (it was the Castle of Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh in Monty Python and the Holy Grail). Gourlay is a former production designer for BBC TV, Head of Design at BBC Scotland, and owned his own prop company so it's very fitting for me to have, as one painting artist film crew to another. I've no idea how it ended up here, but I really enjoy it. Not sure if it's on paper or board.
