I found these at a yard sale today.
They were in a box of plastic swizzle sticks, the cheap plastic ones from hotel bars.
Am I correct in assuming they are swizzle sticks, too?
The top is brass, and the windows and sticks are plastic.
The internet has offered no help.
    Any ideas?

Those flies look like inexpensive ones that were common in the 60s and 70s (as opposed to hand tied by an experienced fly fisher— red is uncommon on most aquatic insects that trout eat). So maybe the sticks were a do-it-yourself kind of project, where someone put them in there on their own?

They look 60's for sure. I just thought they were so interesting.
For the fisherman who likes to entertain and serve cocktails!
