Floral Glass Plate Silver Finish

    About 11 1/2" in diameter. I know sometimes similar pieces are finished in sterling but not marked. Cannot tell if that is the case. Possible maker?

    That last picture makes the piece look like those aluminum trays and whathaveyou that were popular during the 30's and 40's.
