Found a new painting by Venezuelan(?) artist Pepe Lopez?

A customer found this looking through art yesterday at my garage sale. It looks like it's by artist Pepe Lopez - but on the front middle left side just above 2009 - it looks like a different name?
I thought it might be the title but it says on back the title is 'Amor' and it has Amor on each side of the front, so I'm guessing that's the title & not what's above 2009.
What is it above the date on the front?
Is this done by Venezuelan artist Pepe Lopez?

Mixed media on metal. 'Amor' means, of course, "love." The dedication reads "Christmas 2009, "Adela," "Love and more _____," "Best Wishes." The missing word could be "cosas" or "things."

I think it's by a Miami artist of the same name.

José is one of the most common first names in Spanish-speaking countries and Lopez is one of the most common surnames. It's a name like Joe Smith.
