Buried in Kentucky in a big case. Not sure but might be late 1800's. It is 14x11.

I have seen similar for 50 bucks but not sure....

Have no reason to believe that the painting is not late 19th century. Those patented corners show up fairly frequently. They are an aid to dating but were probably used for a decade or two past the patent date. Any signature? Value beyond $50-100.00 will depend on who painted it.

Didn't this picture show up here a couple of months ago?

    Thanks.

I cannot make out a signature anywhere. My neighbor liked it and she offered me $60 so I may take it. I would rather make her happy than have this sit in my closet the rest of my life lol.

Could be. We found it last year, my son may have posted to ask buy just doing a search for "antique forum". I got this from him last month when he moved.

This is a better image than shown before. I agree that it's late 19th cent. I have a few from this era. I doubt the signature will help because many are fairly unknown, but there are folks who collect these tranquil scenes. The missing paint along the bottom may make a difference. I'm not sure I'd pay $60 for it because I don't think I'd be able to resell it. Maybe $30, but that's me.
