I think it is all original? Any thoughts? Frame is 20" x 24"
Glass is wavy, with lots of flaws in it..

I vote real. I just viewed the Marriage Register for that date in Colombus, Ohio for that couple, on the date written, and performed by the minister who signed at the bottom. Very cool!

    Awesome Thanks Susan.
It does have some staining damage, but it did cost less then my lunch today. Apparently these don't sell for much though, and with the size it would be tough to ship.

This one seems a step above most by having the photographs.

If that's wood I see on the back, that's the source of the staining and paper deterioration in general.

Where did you get it? Goodwill?

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I agree... the photographs add something to it, for sure.

I always wonder how these family history kinds of things end up there. :(

Bulldogs, is there ANY chance you can find a family member of the bride or groom? (Maybe Bakers can help!)

It's difficult to imagine almost anyone else being interested... (Unless, perhaps, the local historical society or the church where they were married might want it?)

I have things like this from my own family, but I can't imagine that they'd sell to anyone outside the family if I ever decided to get rid of them.

Of course, the frame on yours looks nice & might be appealing to a buyer (?)

Since that's an h and not a k there's probably no relationship with Eddie.
    To bad that.

Oddly, she looks a lot like a friend of mine, who probably is no relation whatever. This kind of piece goes right along with an Instant Ancestor photo gallery. No idea what it would sell for, or if it would sell.

It's not looking good. I only found 2 grandchildren and the last of those died last year. Your vicinity.

Hartman and Carrie had only 2 children who survived to adulthood. Both boys and each of them appear to have only had 1 child each.
