framed hand painted ceramic tile info

    i seem to be a sucker for ceramic tiles at the moment

    found this today, i might even keep(he says) as i like it

    hand painted(visible brush strokes) signed dahl

    hard to judge age, as impossible to remove from frame

    any info appreciated

    Painted as though it's a lino cut, clever. Frame looks 1950s home made.

    was wondering if this could be porsgrund norwegion tile

    ive seen a few online with dahl

    refering to artist Johan Christian Dahl
    but they are landscapes, nothing like this ?
