If it was not antique, it should’ve been very easy to locate the manufacturer based on the stamp. Unfortunately I have had no luck. It does look very old and very intricate.

I don't think that's necessarily true. And I agree with Johnny; certainly looks new-ish to my eye.

By "ABC store," do you mean ABC Carpet & Home?

For some reason that marks looks more Italian to me than French.

"Decortiche" translates to decorative cause when I tried to Google that word it kept changing the word to decorative. I'm not sure if it's that old as well. It's definitely eye catching but couldn't find anything under that name so it might not be well known. Maybe it's more of a decorative item and the date 1873 is when the company started and not when this piece was made.

    Decortiche is Italian.

    Welcome, bronzecollector.
I think Decortiche could also be Romanian, which is a Balkan-Romance language, related to Italian.
Italy is likely as country of origin, but it could be Romania, since they have been manufacturing quality items in older styles for a long time.

Thank you for your help. After searching Italian porcelain vases, I came across a company called Tiche that makes porcelain and they sell a similar item to mine (picture attached).

Anyone heard of this company? Any idea what my piece might be worth? I already emailed the company asking for verification of the stamp since it is a bit different from their current stamps (newer items have the word Tiche stamped on it).

Thank you for your help. I will let you know if I hear back from the manufacturer. I am curious to see how much a newer piece sells for today. It is clearly attributed to Tiche although I have a feeling it is one of their earlier pieces since per the previous owner she bought it 35 years ago. The newer Tiche items have a Tiche name on the stamp. Small Tiche vases sell for $2-3K. Hopefully my item is worth more but will see what the manufacturer says. I paid $1000 for mine.

35 years ago was 1983. What did the previous owner mean by "an ABC Store?"

Yes, likely ABC Home store in NYC. They do sell high end items there.
