French Quimper Style Plates

Am hoping someone might know the pattern name and/or maker of these unmarked two plates. The larger round platter/chop plate has a hand painted Breton man with walking stick similar to French Provincial Quimper on a cream colored background. The rim is decorated with flying insects/bugs and has 6 sets of 2 embossed scrolls on the raised edge. It measures 12-1/4" wide.
The smaller dinner plate pictures a seated shepherdess with sheep dog. It measures 10-3/4" wide.
I did find an oval 17" platter with rooster design in the center that has the same edge. It is marked Made in USA and has three bars on the bottom. Looking at it again, maybe the rooster platter is not a match - it doesn't have the raised bar between the 2 scrolls.
Any help with id of two plates is much appreciated.
