Think that's "Juillet 1872". First word looks like "Culle".

This is a French Model 1866 Chassepot Yataghan Sword Bayonet manufactured in Tulle in 1872.

These bayonets were made in several locations, Trieste, Mutzig, Chatelerault, St. Etiene and of course Tulle.
French weapons were engraved along the spine until the 1886 pattern Lebel bayonet, which was a cruciform, quatrefoil blade and there was nowhere to engrave the date. A few of the early later pattern 1892 Berthier bayonets were also engraved, but they soon stopped the practice.
The Chassepot bayonet was also made as far apart as Solingen and Birmingham! These latter ones are not engraved, but are indentified by the stamps on the blade.
