I seriously need a Drool emoji. One more thing to watch out for. I've scored some bohemian garnet pieces in the past, but they're not common here. Most folks who emigrated to the states were broke farmers who didn't own such things.

No, these are from jewelers shops. The first one is 1860s, the set is 1880s.
My garnet jewellery is much more humble, but very pretty. A gold Bohemian set of necklace with drop earrings, a silver gilt ring, some gold Austrian and Dutch pieces with Bohemian garnets.
And silver Austro-Hungarian jewellery, some with gold details or gilding.
And the oddest thing, a Dutch-Hungarian silver and Bohemian garnet bracelet, would you believe. It belonged to a 19th century Hungarian countess who married into a Dutch family. The bracelet itself is an ongoing detective story, great fun.
