Glass Bowl

Any idea of the maker?

 

There seem to be a number of these shown online and described as orange peel finish over milk glass.

This Etsy listing says HAZEL ATLAS, tho most that I found in a google search had no maker ID.

I have looked for the maker of these in both the Hazel Atlas book and the Anchor Hocking book. I don't think that I found it in either.
