Featured Glass flower necklace & earrings

I’d love some help please to unravel this set of necklace and earrings.
All beautiful glass although not sure how comfortable to wear!
Do you think this is genuinely vintage or something a skilled hand has made up more recently?
I wonder because the clasp and chain don’t have patina on them but the wire wrapping the flowers onto the necklace does. The wire of the bead part is interesting as it looks like loops squished and threaded through each bead. There are no ends of the wire to be seen.
The earrings are stamped MADE ITALY and I’ve not seen the clip ends shaped like this before.
The glass flowers are intricately woven somehow by wire into the earring backs.
I’ve seen a similar set described at Czech but those similar blown animals always make me think Italian. Any thoughts please as I’m not sure exactly what I am looking at.

My 2 cent opinion is that the clasp might have been replaced but the rest of it looks good to me. As soon as I started to scroll down to your pics the word "Italian" came out of my mouth.

One thing for sure it could stand a good hosing off.

 

I thought French straight off, but I can see the Venetians doing something like that.

Certainly those clips are original to the piece with everything wired in, and combined with the general look, Italian all the way.

Gorgeous. You rarely find pieces like this in good condition as the pieces could break. It is a stunner.

 

I thought the same thing. I know there is likely a nick or chip somewhere but it looks like it is in great shape. Perfect colors for this time of year.

I can only see one of the blue dots that’s missing, the rest is pretty perfect. Amazing for 70 odd years it has survived so well.
