Glass hand blown fish help

Hello, I dont have a collection but I would like some information about the fish shaped glass figure in my pictures , I'd be very grateful if anyone could help. It might not be worth anything but because it changes colour with lights on it and how beautiful it looks I thought surely theres not many about lol

 

Looks asif theres a small amount of gold in the base aswell. Please see pictures
