That's what I thought it said too, but the date spread sounds weird unless they won ever year for 11 years in a row.

It does say that. I could tell a translation program did the job. In French great (in the sense of large) price & grand prize are both grand prix. The translators don't do context. And don't know that 'great price' has an idiomatic meaning different from, in fact opposite of, big price.

I use IM Translator. It does a reasonable job, but it helps to have some knowledge of the language yourself. In Romance languages, the words for his/him & her take their 'gender' from the noun they modify, not from the person they're connected with. Have been confused many times because translator always defaults to his/him. Have ended up thinking some woman is a man, etc.

If anyone wants to give it a shot to make their own 3D composite, have a go!

How would one make 3D prints from the original negatives?

The negatives are 10.5 x 4.5 cm, I assume they can just be contact-printed, cut the paper and put it in one of those 3D print viewers?

If anyone is interested I may be able to get a few sets of contact prints made.

One of the sharper negatives is a real joy to behold, especially a mosaic of L and R gives a real sense of scale.
