I apologize - this handmade, ruby-colored, glass perfume bottle still has a layer of grime on parts, but before I spend more hours cleaning it, I would like to know if you all think it a possible older piece or not. Otherwise, I won't waste more time. There is a large pontil mark, mostly polished, but no other mark on the bottom. It appears that the outer layer of ruby glass has been removed to create a design. On the close up of one of the sides, there are obvious deep lines, but the rest appear lighter. The scenes on the sides are a castle and a deer (I think) in the forest. The stopper has a design, which I'm hoping is the maker's mark. It is 5 inches tall. Any help appreciated.
