Featured Glass Punch Bowl Set Mystery?

    Hi All, this belongs to a friend, trying to figure out who/when it was made. The bowl is 8 in high,7 in. diameter. The glasses are 3-1/2 in. Sorry for the photos, this is what she sent me.
    any information appreciated.

    No idea, but kind of an unusual looking set. Are those glasses stacked on top of each other, or actually that tall?

    Hopefully some glass expert here will recognize the pattern. :)

    Isnt that called cut to clear ?

    Not really, "cut to clear" generally means "cut through a coating color to clear glass."

    If this had a similar designation it would 'etched and polished' or something similar.

    Is the second picture the bottom of the bowl, or does it have a lid?

    Looks like a cider set, perhaps German.
