@johnnycb09 Hi! In my search to identify your glasses, I've come along a pattern that I think looks like them on Replacements (but the height of the champagne/sherbet doesn't match yours) ... they've lumped the polished cut and grey cut ones together under "unknown" ... which isn't a lot of help, I guess ... but sometimes I've seen the same pattern both in the unknown section and also under a known maker - so there's hope :)

Wow ! Thank you so much for your help ! That sure looks right ! Ive thought I matched it a couple of times, but the lack of starburst on the bottom and the height dont match. I really appreciate you looking. :)

It's a pity we don't know the maker or date but nevertheless they are beautiful glasses, although not all the photos on here show them off to their best advantage. Photographing glasses is not easy, is it.

I don't understand why crystal glasses of the first half of the 20th Century are so undervalued. They are beautifully designed and cut and one doesn't often see such quality in modern crystal. It would be great if someone would produce a resource for identifying name of pattern, date, and name of manufacturer when they are not "signed", with a history of the manufacturers.

[Edit: I see there are quite a few identification sites listed in a post pinned to the top of the forum. I'm newish here and still exploring ... so much to learn.)

DizzyDaff Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

@quirkygirl "all were exhibiting various stages of 'crizzling'. Silver lining - learned about crizzled glass from buying these and now will not to buy older glass that has a 'greasy and dusty' coating on it without first cleaning and shining a bright light on it"

Thanks! This is the first time I've ever heard a word describing what I have witnessed before. I tend to shy away from a number of clear older glass because of this. Such a shame as some are so very pretty. Is there any way to avoid this happening?
