Desk top clock, globe crystal with brass. Map of the British Empire on face.
Looks like "Howard Vinceny" in center also.
Can't read bottom VI through the glass and it's blueish tint.
    Flat spot so doesn't roll.
Shows 1924 under "The Empire where the sun never sets / Long live King George V"
Measures 3.5" ball, unscrews to access battery. It works great!
George V (George Frederick Ernest Albert; 3 June 1865 – 20 January 1936) was King of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions, and Emperor of India, from 6 May 1910 until his death in 1936.
Thanks :) pics are not best struggling there these days

It's Howard Vincent not Vinceny at least that's what all the references on Google say

Looks like a fantasy item clock to me.
