Acquired long ago, probably in California. There were no stones.
I find the manner of creation...the centering of the vessel & its cover on the center of the tree (or branch?) particularly attractive. Someone said it may be Paulownia wood, an' I can see (with my unskilled eye) a similarity...but have no way to confirm that, or offer an alternative.
    ~3 1/2" high with cover, ~4 3/4" diameter; weight is ~6 1/2 oz.
    Thanks for lookin'!
