Good Morning All! Can You Please Help Me With This Mark On A Heart Pendant? TY

Good Morning and I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. I have this necklace that I just purchased and there is a mark that I can’t seem to find. It looks handmade to me (the pendant) and not saying it is, but I am assuming that it might be Native American? Anyways, your help as always will be greatly appreciated. I don't see that as a mark, more like an impression from something in the mold or an air pocket when the heart was cast. I appears to be sand cast in a mold that had the sterling mark in it as well. If you look at the surface of the letters they are kind of muddled looking. If they were stamped, the edges of the letters would be more sharp. Inspired by the Tiffany & Co. heart tag toggle necklace. I can't say I've ever come across a NA piece using this style.
